The Department of Law at AKS University, Satna, Madhya Pradesh, is dedicated to excellence in legal education, research, and professional development. Established with the vision of nurturing future leaders in law, the Department provides a dynamic and rigorous academic environment that balances theoretical foundations with practical applications.
We offer comprehensive undergraduate and postgraduate programs such as B.A. LL.B., B.B.A.LL.B., LL.B., LL.M., & Ph.D. designed to meet the evolving needs of the legal profession and society. Our curriculum integrates core legal principles with contemporary subjects including constitutional law, criminal law, corporate law, international law, human rights, environmental law, and emerging areas like technology law and gender justice.
The Department of Law boasts a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty members who are committed to academic excellence, research innovation, and holistic student development. Through a blend of classroom teaching, moot court activities, seminars, legal aid programs, internships, and court visits, students are equipped with critical thinking, advocacy, research, and professional skills.
With a focus on nurturing ethical and socially responsible legal professionals, the Department encourages active participation in community service, legal awareness initiatives, and pro bono activities. Students are regularly engaged in academic conferences, workshops, and competitions at the state and national levels.
