The inauguration was graced by the esteemed presence of Mr. Vishnu Shankar Jain, Advocate, Supreme Court of India, as the Chief Guest. Known for his dynamic advocacy and deep commitment to constitutional values, Mr. Jain’s presence added immense prestige to the occasion.
During the ceremony, Mr. Jain highlighted the legacy of Justice J.S. Verma, emphasizing his role in upholding the spirit of justice, equality, and the rule of law in India. Justice S.K. Palo, a respected former Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, is presently serving as Sub Lokayukt (Deputy Lokayukta) of Madhya Pradesh. His illustrious career reflects an exceptional commitment to the rule of law, integrity in public life, and the protection of constitutional values. As Sub Lokayukt, he has been actively involved in promoting transparency, combating corruption, and strengthening the governance framework of the state. Justice Palo’s contributions span across various branches of law including constitutional law, criminal justice, administrative law, and civil rights. His judgments and decisions are noted for their clarity, fairness, and emphasis on justice for all sections of society.
